Will these earmuffs fit my child?  We recommend our INFANT SIZE earmuffs for children age 0-4. Our KIDS SIZE earmuffs are great for toddlers and tees, age 3-14. Our earmuffs are designed to fit many different head sizes and grow with your child. The adjustable headband extends or retracts to create a comfortable fit.

Where is Muted located? We all live and work in Seattle. We design and test our ear muffs everywhere from football games to concerts at the zoo!

Is your site secure? Safe shopping and security is a huge area of concern. That's a big reason we host with the most secure and trusted e-commerce platform out there, shopify.com.

What are my payment options? We accept all the major credit cards, including American Express, or express checkout using your existing Amazon or Paypal payment accounts. 

How do I check order status? Check your order or shipping confirmation emails for links to track order fulfillment or delivery status.  If you can't find those, email us at info@mutedearmuffs.com with some way for us to identify your order and we can find out for you.

How much is shipping? Select Standard Shipping (delivery in 4-6 days) during checkout and your shipping cost is $0.  If you need headphones faster, Expedited (2-day) is $10, and Priority (1-day) is $15. 

How do I make returns? We accept returns on new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, if you would like to return your stuff, please contact info@mutedearmuffs.com with the following information:

  • Order ID (ex: #mutedxxxx)
  • Items you would like to return

Muted will issue you a return authorization and label based on the information you provide. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of our error.

Replacements and exchanges are unfortunately not supported; in these cases we recommend you return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the replacement / exchange item.

If you bought from Amazon, or any other site listing our products initiate a return per the policies and tools of the respective site you bought from. For instance, your Amazon account, etc.  

These earmuffs are not a toy,  please use our earmuffs with parental supervision.
